I think he means that he cant figure out how to link his gamertag to his bungie.net account.

When it asked you for your email address when you made ur bungie acc you had to put the same email address that you used to make your gamertag.

you also need to have a password for your xbox live gt.. when i did mine i already had a pass because i made my live account on xbox.com
